TACTICS' Approach to Learning Design
Learning design is the systematic approach that TACTICS employs for the design and development of our blended solutions. This approach is ensures that we produce quality solutions that meet learner needs as well as overall business requirements.

The Nine Stages of Learning Design

Principles of Adult Learning


The field of adult learning was pioneered by Malcolm Knowles. He identified the following characteristics of adult learners:
• Adults are autonomous and self-directed.
• Adults are goal and relevancy oriented.
• Adults are practical.
• Adults need to be shown respect when learning.
• Adults have accumulated a foundation of life experiences and knowledge.

TACTICS apply these principles in all tailored learning and performance support solutions.
