Introduction
AMP is one of Australia's leading companies, providing a range of insurance, investment, superannuation, banking and financial services.
Drivers for change
AMP decided to improve employee awareness of the company's information security policy and guidelines. To support this initiative, AMP needed to provide employees across all business areas with training on its information security policy and requirements.
Challenges
AMP’s key challenge was to provide a high-quality, consistent, self-paced training solution to a large number of employees located across Australia.
Solution
TACTICS worked closely with AMP to:
• Identify AMP's training needs, objectives and learning outcomes
• Design and storyboard an eLearning solution to meet AMP's identified training needs
• Complete the programming activity required to produce the eLearning program files
• Pilot and roll out the eLearning solution to AMP employees
Deliverables
The key deliverables for this project were a series of fully interactive eLearning modules, with handover notes to support implementation.
Results
TACTICS’ solution enabled AMP to successfully meet the training needs of employees required to understand and abide by the company's information security policy.
