Rabobank is a leading provider of agribusiness banking services to rural customers in Australia and New Zealand.
Drivers for change
Rabobank decided to introduce a range of new transaction banking products and functionality for its existing customers. To support this initiative, Rabobank needed to provide detailed transaction banking training to over 450 staff across Australia and New Zealand prior to launching the new products and functionality.
Challenges
Rabobank’s key challenges were to develop a fully customised training solution while transaction banking systems and processes were being developed and tested and to deliver consistent, high quality training to multiple audiences located across Australia and New Zealand.
Solution
TACTICS worked closely with Rabobank to:
• Identify and document Rabobank's new transaction banking policies and procedures
• Determine the scope of Rabobank's transaction banking training requirements
• Develop a a facilitator-led, reference based transaction banking training program for delivery by Rabobank's in-house experts

• Participant’s handbook for use in the training workshops
• Quick reference card for on-the-job support
• Rabobank in-house experts briefed to deliver the training program

TACTICS’ solution enabled Rabobank to successfully meet the transaction banking training needs of over 450 staff located across Australia and New Zealand prior to implementing the new products.
