Description
TACTICAL Writing Foundation will equip you with the essential skills to write clear, concise content so that your readers can easily find the information they need and use it. It is the first step to writing better business documents, web content and complex reference material.

Who should attend?
TACTICAL Writing Foundation is for anyone who needs to communicate clearly, persuasively or effectively.

This workshop covers:
� Reader and writer challenges
� Document development process
� Communication design principles
� Communication development principles:
� New units of information (Blocks and Maps)
� Identifying information types

Examples and exercises
Practical examples and exercises are spread throughout the day and help learners apply the concepts taught in the workshop.

This hands-on Foundation is the prerequisite for all of the TACTICAL workshop modules. From here, you can build your own workshop package, with any combination of our current modules. Current modules include:

Public: $770 (GST inc.) per person
In-house: $550 (GST inc.) per person
