If blended learning is the answer, then what is the question?
Blended learning has become a commonly used term in training circles. It may even be a little like the Emperor’s new coat – everyone agreeing that “a blended approach” is necessary, without looking at “what does blended approach really mean”.
If blended learning is the answer, then the question is most likely “what is the most effective way to train people?”
