Public workshops
The terms and conditions for TACTICS’ public workshops are as follows:
More than 5 business days out from the workshop start date participants who cancel or postpone will not incur an administration fee.
Less than 5 business days out from the workshop start date, participants who cancel will be charged the full workshop price.
Less than 5 business days out from the workshop start date, participants who postpone will be not incur an administration fee, unless they have postponed previously.*
*Important:
Participants may only postpone once and must attend a workshop within 6 months. If they postpone more than once, they will be charged a 25% administration fee for every time they postpone.
Participants may nominate a substitute to attend the workshop at any time prior to the workshop start date.
In-house workshops
The terms and conditions for TACTICS’ in-house workshops are as follows:
More than 10 business days out from the workshop start date clients who cancel or postpone will not incur an administration fee.
Less than 10 business days out from the workshop start date, clients who cancel or postpone will be charged $1,600 for one day modules and $2,600 for two day modules.
All cancellations, postponements and transfers must be made in writing. TACTICS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop, notifying all participants immediately.
